19-25 February is Cancer Prevention Action Week led by World Cancer Research Fund.
It’s a great time to reflect on your diet, lifestyle and healthcare and think about how you’ll #MakeYourMove.
Even small changes can significantly lower your risk of cancer. Could you swap sugary drinks for water, walk 15 minutes more each day or add an additional vegetable to your lunch plate? Every step counts towards a healthier you.
And don’t forget the power of early detection. Ensure you see a doctor about any concerns or consider a health screen. Health screens include a multitude of tests (including heart, lung, liver, kidneys, bowel, thyroid function, diabetes status, prostate/ovarian cancer screening tests and more) to check your underlying health and identify your risks and help with early detection.
