Membership

Our membership scheme provides the peace of mind that you can have consultations with a doctor, either in our Henley-on-Thames clinic  or via telephone/video, as often as required without incurring a consultation fee.  Members are also not charged for the writing of repeat prescriptions.*

*Except prescriptions for controlled drugs which incur a small fee.

Key Membership Information

  • Members are entitled to book GP consultations (in clinic or by phone/video) and request private prescriptions and referral letters without charge, subject to fair usage.

  • Family members must be relatives living at the same address.

  • Individuals under 18 may only join as part of a family membership with a parent or legal guardian.

  • A joining fee applies when starting, re-joining, or adding a new family member.

  • Monthly payments must be made by direct debit.

  • The minimum commitment is 12 months; thereafter, you may cancel your membership at any time.

  • Membership does not include home visits, the weight loss plan, vaccines and all other treatments, tests and procedures which are chargeable at the standard prices. See price list.
